Well, not exactly Adobe MAX, I’ll be speaking at FITC Unconference @ Adobe MAX which is your normal FITC sessions that are a lot more technically inclined.  I’ll be talking about Agile Project and Delivery Integration;  Don’t miss this session if you work on large enterprise applications.

Interview With Val Head

While I was at FITC 2010 I took the opportunity to quickly interview some of Big Names in the industry and hopefully get a perspective from different people about the Adobe products and their line of work.  My first interview was with Val Head, Senior Designer & Developer at New Perspective in Pittsburgh, PA. New York Flex Meetup Group

That’s right, it’s here, everyone rejoice.

When I moved here from Ottawa I thought to myself that NYC would be full of Flex gurus. Sadly, that is not the case. I’ve met many developers, but very few experts in the field.

This is my way to try and change that. I’m hoping that this will become the place where Flex developers of all skill levels meet, discuss, share and learn from each other.

Addressing the Flash Haters

I’m an avid follower of Engadget, it’s my one stop site for electronic news.  Lately, it’s been going a little crazy over the whole “Apple vs Flash” (I say ‘Flash’ and not ‘Adobe’ cause they are not against the company, just one of their products).  A common trend I’ve been noticing is that no matter the background, there seems to be a lot of people bashing Flash.
